When I flew a week ago, they still had ‘full’ inventory (>8 bottles) on the flight (Inbound to Japan).
Interestingly, I was the only person who purchased among 6 F passengers.

Ugh, I wish I had read that this was a thing back when I booked my tickets last April. I would have definitely booked at least one leg in F!

That was NH11 (ORD/NRT).

I also found 100th anniversary Hibiki at a tiny bar in Shibuya where one shot was ‘reasonably’ priced as ¥10000 unlike Andaz.

How much was the Andaz charging? I saw a lot of bars in hotels charging 10,000 Yen for a shot

It is a bit of a mixed feedback in the JAL site, some say pre order only, some say also available inflight, some say nothing available. Check the pre order options for your booking.
