Venue
Now confirmed:
The venue is the same location as last year in Victoria.
Lord's Bar - the entrance to the Lords Bar is via the main hotel entrance through the lawns from Vincent Square - some photos in post 42

We should have some space set aside for us and to keep us away from the normal folk

This is close to Victoria railway and tube stations, so plenty of mainline rail connections, and the Victoria, District, and Circle tube lines.
There may be some small free snacks provided (crisps and the like), and the bar does have a food menu which you can order from if you need some nibbles.

Darn it, forgot to say my France trip was moved around, so I'm now going this afternoon rather than coming back. So a proper apology from me.
I shall be thinking of you all from the Eurostar, because I hate trains so very much
Hope it's a splendid evening!

Now in desperate need of a drink as, having dumped the car at my sister's after driving up from Dorset, I have just been driven to the station by my neice who has only just passed her test and I had no idea!!
I can't wait to meet up with everyone and have a relaxed evening of beinv able to talk about things that get me odd looks in other situations.
I did confess this event to my boss though as had to duck out of work early on TOIL and his first reaction was to ask me how TPs get credited while moving from old to new TP year end so I have found a new ally!!
