Condor Cheap Ex-FRA one-ways, including FRA-SJD at $1090 USD
Condor is decently well known for cheap one-way business class fares, but less recently so for their “West Coast” flights and they seem to have just done a round of lowering fares during the winter season. Won’t earn crazy Alaska Mileageplan elite bonuses anymore, but for those with a need these are arguably far better than booking with say 70k Alaska miles & high departure taxes ex-Germany

If booked with a DE flight number this earns 6144 x 3 RDM (so ~18k) and 2x EQM (so ~12k). And if you are 75k you also get 2x base miles so that is 25k RDM which is still pretty decent. If you are SW-US based it is relatively easy/cheap to get a miles flight home from SJD.

The winter flights get in too late to connect same-day to USA but there’s also a Category 1 Hyatt there so it’s nbd

Pay a little more and go to a resort across the street at least. The Hyatt Place is in a roundabout right where the toll road from the airport enters San Jose del Cabo. There is a nice shopping center with supermarket there if you want to keep it real cheap.
