Hi to all flight experts
I will be travelling from HKG to GVA via FRA followed by ZRH in LH F and LX C.(2 stops in FRA and ZRH) I only have 1hr 10min connection in FRA but 8h connection in Zurich(sameday itinerary).
My companion will be flying from IST-ZRH-GVA in TK C and LX C. I have some questions about LX F lounge access, as my case is quite complicated...
i) Can I access to LX F lounge in ZRH, as I will be arriving in F from HKG with LH, but continuing in business to ZRH and GVA with LX C?
ii) Can my companion access to LX F lounge in ZRH with me as a guest of my LH F ticket ? - we are on the same flight from ZRH to GVA
Thanks

You can try in ZRH but the LDs there can be very difficult & almost certainly they will not accept your guest into the F lounge but of course it costs nothing to ask.
If you were going the other way, access would be granted by LH into their F lounges .

2) That is a gray area. I don't think technically that access is included here - I have had luck in a similar scenario with LH in MUC ... they needed to do a lot of typing to make it happen though. My guess is that ZRH won't be that easy

The LDs at ZRH are usually stricter and at the same time not extremely knowledgable. I would try to ask in a very friendly way and, if it's really important to you, as for the MdL if they don't let you in. Have had several cases where the IDs would have refused my entry and an explanation of the rules to the maitre proved successful, but the cases were clearer than your situation.

I'm flying ARN-ZRH-BOM in LX F soon. Connecting time is around 1 hour.
This is my first time flying LX F and from my understanding the First Welcome Service is only offered when arriving intercontinentally in ZRH.
Given the connecting time, you guys think it'd be possible to go to the F lounge in A and ask to be chauffered to E? Or will I be left on my own?

Leaving on Monday night in J class on a LX flight to South Africa.
Star Alliance Gold member, through AC.
Short of flying F class, is there any other way of accessing the F class lounge?

Apologies if I asked this before (searched the thread and couldn't find my question) but if I'm arriving via IAD-MUC-ZRH and I want to use the Terminal E lounge on arrival, do I: 1) walk to the Terminal A lounge, 2) take limo over to Terminal E, 3) walk back, 4) clear customs/passport control into Zurich?
Instead of walking back, can I take the Heidi train? THANK YOU in advance!!

Will they really provide the car service from A to E if you're actually arriving into ZRH, without a connection out..? I guess if you insist they might do, but it's definitely not meant to be used this way..
I'd probably head directly for the train to the E Gates by following the "transfer E" signs (Assuming your passport allows unlimited entry/exit into Schengen, that is..) and visit the FCL E there, then head back by train again..

I have a few questions my upcoming trip through ZRH, having been through FRA/MUC on LH F a few times, I am familiar with the rules but it appears that ZRH lounge operate somewhat differently despite being in the same LH group.
I am flying BOS-FRA-ZRH-MUC with BOS-FRA in F and connecting with FRA-ZRH-MUC in C+Y, all on the same day as my arriving intercontinental F. With LH F BP, I should have access to FCL/FCT in Frankfurt (and even Munich on arrival) but what about in ZRH? I am under assumption that FCL access in ZRH is included as part of the deal but it seems like a lot of people having difficulty trying to get in.
If access is included, my plan is to use FCL E with the layover just under 3 hours (arrive at 5pm and depart at 8pm) Will that be enough time? I am holding a US passport, factoring in the extra time I will need at passport control.
