Declaring household goods as returning expat
We maintain two households - one in the EU and one in the US.
If I take a suitcase with used household goods (that were previously shipped from the US to the EU) back to the US - do these need to be declared?
I have GE so want to make sure I go by the letter of the law

As long as the aggregate value of what you are bringing to the US is under $800, there is no need to make a declaration. If the CBO asks you if you have anything to declare, tell them what's in your suitcase.
