Walked by the SEA CL today around 5pm. Long line on the ground floor (would guess at least 30-40 people).

In JFK right now, no queue at 6.30pm (which would be peak International flight time, albeit in the offseason) and plenty of space inside. The shiny new Chase Lounge beside it is definitely capturing some of the audience, that had a handful in a queue.
I think this crowding thing is going to resolve itself tbh, Chase will take some of the excess, the rules themselves are working so far as I can see & with the card portfolio refresh Amex have guided, I expect the Platinum card to increase the AF and that'll bring some attrition.
You'll definitely have waits at peak times and there'll always be seasonality but by and large I think the days of revenge travel and queues out the door are behind us. Turns out it was transitory.

Same here - my 14 yr old at CLT. They accepted her "golf cart permit" for our community.

how are the early mornings in the Miami CL? say around 630,7am. super crowded and lines out the door? im trying to find a decent place for breakfast in MIA around that time in a few weeks.
last time i tried to enter last May, the reception let my wife walk around a bit while i stayed at reception, so she could see if theres a table to be had. otherwise i wouldnt pay the fee

Long line at DFW CL around 1:00 pm. I just walked by. Lots of delays and cancelations because of the thunderstorms.

I visited the Capital One Lounge at DFW for the first time in a year expecting it to have declined, but it was still better than any CL and still has a complimentary guest policy.

They changed chefs in the last year and he has upped the food game. The brisket bibimbap is a new twist on one of the original offerings when the Lounge opened.

No wait at all at LAX Bradley last night about 7 PM. Plenty of seats, despite the app's saying it was "very busy." But NO SIGNAGE at all. And the directions on the website say to enter right after security, which didn't help me, since I came from another flight. I finally asked for directions.

Stopped in the MIA CL on 4/17. Centurion check-in rep waived me over to her - I only have AmEx Personal Plat. Scanned my card and waved my wife and me in at no charge. I havent hit minimum spend for free guests and confirmed there was no charge on my card. It was busy around mid-morning. Difficult to find a seat, but possible. No wait to enter.

Couple of data points:
Wednesday 9:15 am - PHX CL. About 5 people ahead of me in line (2 were going to the Escape Lounge). Upstairs in the CL was moderately crowded - I'd call it 7/10 on the crowd scale
Sunday 8:00 pm - SEA CL. Nobody in line ahead of me. CL was crowded but not bursting - I'd call it 8/10.
Food at PHX was meh; the food at SEA was quite good (really enjoyed the country captain chicken (and much better than the MRE version)). Drinks were well done.

We must be hitting summer travel season. 5:00 pm at MIA. 90+ minute wait for the MIA CL.
