LOT Business Class on long-haul flights
We have created LOT Business Class with you on our mind - the world's standard of traveling which guarantees the top travel comfort and maximum privacy both in the air and on land.

Relax before your travel

Travelling is a real pleasure right from your arrival at the airport. With a LOT Business Class ticket, you have access to business lounges at all main airports around the world.

Well, if LOT doesn't consider JFK to be "one of the main airports around the world" then I wonder what these airports are. And we mustn't forget about "the top travel comfort".

LOT is hardly a major sinner for marketing crap. During the pandemic you may have forgotten that LO continued their lounge contracts whereas all those amazing legacy's like Lufthansa and BA binned them all immediately taking well more than a year for lounges to be paid for again. Polonez opened on the first day of domestic operations on 01JUN20.

You prefer BArb's premium nomenclature? Her "Luxury Sales", "Contoured Seat with Adjustable Headrest"... my personal favourite for this was 'A rare excursion for the Club World cellar [to Portugal]", PT previously just wasn't good enough to accompany her brown salads.

It does suit her Mrs Bucket Legacy Pax though.

You are right. I wish any LH Business Class Lounge had food even close to what you can eat at Polonez!

Does anyone else find these completely useless?

A couple of days before departure you get this text in bad English "we kindly remind about your upcoming travel". There is a unique link, but it doesn't open the booking, it just takes you to the Manage Booking page- so why is the link unique?
As the text doesn't mention any details of the flight, such destination, flight number/date & has no deep link to PNR, it is completely pointless.

It's unique so they can track it, they'll know you've clicked on it.

I'd rather see this text from LOT than "Your flight has been canceled" text, usually received at midnight or early AM on the departure day.

Yeah I figured it was that, if they can setup such a fancy service why not make it useful? .

Ah but that's from TravelInfo (Amadeus) not from LOT . That system actually works.

it likely came as standard and was enabled on the platform they're using to send emails

Apparently the BA lounge is now branded ANA. As ANA is *A, I presume you're good.

Haven't you heard? RDO is now the main airport at the centre of the world, and the only one which matters to Basia.

Has anyone not been able to download a mobile boarding pass from the wrapper in the Lot app? Outbound flight, I checked in via the app, and saved the boarding pass to Google Pay, in the usual clunky way. Today I just checked in for the return leg, and the only option is a PDF boarding pass to my email. No other options were available.

Adding to the previous message from hl, some routes (e.g. AMS-WAW) won't allow an "electronic" boarding pass (i.e. Apple Wallet), PDF only. Why is that, je ne sais pas (been the case for ages).
