World of Hyatt Account Summary

World of Hyatt Account Summary

I haven't gotten a World of Hyatt Account Summary since July of 2021, although I'm a Globalist and staying at Hyatts often. I know my email address is correct in my WOH profile and the communication box is checked yes. Are other people getting these summaries monthly?

I'm in a similar situation. I've given up on trying to get them turned back on. The only real use they had was keeping track of progress towards Lifetime Globalist. Which I can live without for the next few years.

That is exactly why I was interested in the Account Summary! But yes, I am a long way off too.

I received one in November 2021. (Not sure if I didn't get it in December or deleted it). Did you check your spam folder? If not there, maybe your conciergecould fix it.

For the non-techies:
1) Go to your account page https://world.hyatt.com/content/gp/en/my-account.html
2) Press Ctrl + U (at least on Windows with Firefox or Chrome)
3) As [MENTION=229257]Impala[/MENTION] said, search for points

Interestingly, it also looks like they record in the metadata whether you're linked with AA, what your status is with AA, if you have a Hyatt CC, and which promotions you've signed up for and eligible for.

I think that "lifePoints" is the total of all points you've received throughout your membership lifetime - rather than just your base points which count toward Lifetime Globalist status.

My lifePoints value is much higher than what I expect my base points (I'm taking the lifePoints value and dividing by 5). It seems to include points from credit card spend, bonus points from promotions, points from Chase transfers, etc.

For those of you who do get the monthly summary, do the numbers tie out?

You're correct. lifePoints is not the same as base points. In my case, lifePoints is several times my base points.

To stay on topic, I do receive the monthly Account Summary, but it comes out randomly throughout the month. I used to get it toward the end of the month but the last few have been emailed the middle of the month.

Yes, it is frustrating that we cannot get consistent periodic updates of our account balance showing the progress to lifetime status.

I have started my own spreadsheet to track and now I know exactly what amount of $ I need to spend to become a lifetime Globalist.

Known issue. Contact your concierge and ask them to escalate it to the IT dept.
