The usual suspects that actually sell F seats: LAX/SFO/HKG/HND/etc. With 5 aircraft you can serve about 3 destinations.

Would be great to enjoy a few more trips on the A346 before the type is finally retired for good. Fond memories of great trips in F on A346s, and whoever complains about the lavatories not being up to A388 standards has never been in F on an LX A333.

Looks like the S22 F routes ex MUC on A346 are going to be EWR JFK BOS LAX.
Why SFO is not getting F is odd. I suppose they barely will be able to make the schedule work with 5 A346.

All of the A346s have been put in to long term stroage. They only reactivated 5 to serve a limited amount of F routes ex MUC.

Is this confirmed? I am seeing BOS-MUC 3/26 when I need BOS-BSL with a 346 scheduled. That sounds GREAT, but all flights are F0A0. Is LH still determining whether they run the 346? I'd book that in a heartbeat, but I don't want a 359 swap later on!

The S22 MUC A346 plan is still on, the intial plan to run them ex FRA as they come back from their C-check in Q1/22 seems to have been dialled down due to the slump in demand. Remember the operating cost and capacity of an A346 are far higher than a A343/A330.

The engines on the A346 are different (RR Trent 556), the aircraft is heavier and only has 14 more seats than the A343. The A345/A346 were Airbus answer to the B77L/B77W and came only with financial support to compensate the fuel burn for the first 10 years.

Interesting that BOS and EWR-MUC are still zeroed out in F. LAX and JFK are selling F.
