Had this on yesterday's flight on AC308 YVR-YUL. Salmon tartare I thought was quite good. Chicken was not so good...it was supposed to come with pasta but came with couscous. Would have preferred a pasta option but none offered.

Friday menu for 308 lists Acini di Pepe pasta, which appears to be what's pictured...

Thank you for the correction, I had assumed it was couscous.

Interesting.

I don't think I have actually ever had Acini di Pepe in Italy. For me it's more of an Italian Wedding Soup kind of thing. But not something I've seen on AC before either. Something new?

Back to the signature Omelette on Rapidair along with coffee and Milk, Back in business.
Have to admit, I am surprised this breakfast came back and AC didnt try to hold off with the morning "snack" as a cost savings program

Quick question, are the "what's on your flight" menus accurate? Looking like some YYZ-YVR flights are starting to have dinner options this week?

They tend to be accurate if they exist on the website for the day/flight.
But unless things have changed (for the better), it has never comprehensively contained all menus for all applicable routes.

So, is it only one meal option (that is, no choice) on domestic J?

Most flights with meal service are offering two choices.

Thanks. I am doing YWG-YYZ in a few hours, so I can report back. 53 weeks since my last flight.
