A Corporate member is defined as a member who has flown while using a corporate account tour code on United or United Express between January 1, 2019 and July 26, 2021.
The OP is referring to bonus PQP being deposited to all elite members with corporate booking history present and past, through enterprise booking platforms such as Concur. applicable PQP is being transferred to member accounts with no additional requirements/actions, it seems.

Book work travel through Concur almost weekly. No pqp "starter deposit" for me.
I have already re-qualified for 1K...maybe they figure I don't need it?

Almost my situation. Puts me 850 short of Platinum factoring in future flights. I wasn't going to chase Platinum being 1250 short, with maybe one pleasure trip to be booked. But, that maybe one could easily turn into maybe 2 trips and the soft landing to Platinum instead of Gold would be nice.

GS, United is a Preferred Airline partner, and we use Concur. No deposit.
I know GS is extended through Jan 2023, but I'm actually considering switching a flight BACK to United before year end to hit the 1K qualification for the PP.
Not complaining, just wanted to add the GS data point...

Booking date is not a determining factor on whether a trip is eligible for a PQP bonus; Trips booked before the beginning of the Promotion Period that are otherwise eligible will qualify for this offer.
An award Trip must be redeemed and flown within the Promotion Period to qualify. An award Trip must be redeemed using the eligible members miles and flown by the same eligible member to earn Bonus PQP for this offer. A maximum of one award Trip is eligible for PQP bonus for this offer.

I'm confused. I'm good and do use Concur, although I'm booking my first corporate travel now than a year and a half. I got the Gold Corporate Starter Deposit of 0 miles. Should I get 200, or was it that I haven't booked on Concur recently?

You need to expand the item to see the PQP associated with it.

There seems to be something more than just existing in Cocur -- I book 99.9% of my travel individually and directly on ua.com, but there is one client that insists on having their travel department book travel for me so I have a Concur profile/account/wahteveryoucallit with my MP# associated. Due to their travel restrictions they haven't booked anything for me in over a year.
Needless to say no bonus for me...

Makes little sense. I got the 400 (makes sense) and my wife got 200 (makes no sense; never ANY corporate bookings). So somehow our travels together must have trigger it. Not complaining ... just very strange how UA tagged this. Won't make a difference, however.

I didn't get it either. I just changed companies. Previous company I worked for may or may not have been a preferred UA partner and we didn't use Concur there, however the majority of my GS qual spend in 2019 was from biz trips with that company. New company uses Concur and is a UA partner, I linked Concur to my UA MP# last week, but no 400 PQP for me. However I do see the option to book business vs personal travel (Corporate Fares vs Break From Business) on the UA website now, which I didn't have earlier. Possibly I linked Concur to MP just a little too late and missed the cutoff for this 400 PQP offer. FWIW I am 12K PQP so far this year, and obviously GS renewed, but chasing PQP for PPs.
Anyone who didn't get it try calling/emailing GS/1K customer support?
