Latest date can book to frozen on 22 June 19?

I may be imagining this, but is the latest day you can book hotels currently frozen on 22nd June 2019 (check-in)? I've checked the last few days and the latest date that can be booked seems not to be moving. Could this be to do with the program merger, preventing redemptions over a particular period while they change categories, etc.? Or am I becoming a conspiracy theorist (with two TP certs to burn next August)?

Nope I've noticed the same thing on a few properties as well. Also peculiar is the showing of a headline price in euros on the first screen page but clicking through to 'book' shows the same price but now in GBP. There is a fair difference between a euro and a pound.

Glad I'm not going mad. I've been checking a few different hotels, so it's not just one hotel that may be blocking dates. I hope they're not withholding availability while they make changes to stop people from making points bookings while there may be an advantage to do so.

Doesn't the bookable calendar usually end just a couple of weeks short of a year? My memory could be faulty, but I think the calendar is extended one week at a time on Saturday or Sunday (I can't recall which).

I've never been able to book a year or more into the future, so this does not alarm me. It seems like the usual.

Oh look, it seems that my memory is correct.

Thanks for the insight. Hopefully you're right. I was expecting it to be a rolling 50 weeks (or similar) into the future, so each day I checked I expected the latest bookable date to increase by 1 day, rather than updating a week at a time.

It was the case last week (I was looking to book at the edge of the schedule). The dates were open to chose on the calendar on Sunday morning - but the hotels were bookable only on Monday morning. But it was on a rolling week schedule.

They're only released once a week, Sat. night/Sun a.m., about 50 weeks out, iirc - so it's going to be "frozen" on a date for 7 days at a time.

I suggest you check again Sunday/Monday.

EDIT: finished reading the thread. I guess i do rc

You guys were right. a new week's worth of dates have opened up for booking in the last 24 hours. I'd assumed it would update daily with an extra day at, for example, today+350 days. Thanks!
