Has anyone else recently felt bogged down at GE when traveling with an infant?
My wife and I clear and my daughter gets an immediate X, and then there's no agent to deal with us. So we end up waiting on line anyways. Whereas if we did MPC for her, she'd clear more quickly.
Am I missing something?

Five family members applied, all approved except the youngest who is three years old. They wouldn't take her fingerprints since they knew the system will reject tiny fingers like hers. It's been two weeks since we all were approved (same day were interviewed). Still awaiting her approval. Hopefully goes smooth since I have a trip scheduled in May.
Applied Feb 15
Interview 3/14-SFO
Approved 3/14 for all except 3 years old child, still awaiting
Edit: Child approved on April 1.

If you are not aware GE normally has a separate customs area too. A big advantage if several international flights have arrived close together. EWR definitely has this advantage. Just have your GE paper slip or GE card available to show.

Good information:
Well I altered the kid account profile as using Gmail - just added a "." period to somewhere in my gmail address. Gmail ignores these and just sends it to the text portion of the address. e.g. if you are: [email protected] you can use a [email protected] address - looks like to GOES as an un-used address but gmail will just route it to [email protected]
EDIT: For the 5 year old on her application - 30 mins after posting above got conditional approval
INITIAL APPLICATION: 4/2/2017
CONDITIONAL APPROVAL: 4/10/2017
INTERVIEW: 4/13/2017
Original Appt was a not so bad 6/21 at San Diego Airport - Looking one hour later was able to get ONE open LAX slot this week
Note: I logged in and saw the interview setup and conditional approval - the LETTER which you need for the interview didn't show up for an hour and a half after i noticed the change. Got the email 10 mins after the change but letter took another hour or so

Have your kids been approved? My husband and I were approved right away at PHL. Took our two year old on March 26, failed finger prints so supivisor needs to over ride it. Took daughter April 6 and she passed but still no approval letter. Called the Ge office and the officer I spoke with said that the supervisor has to manually approve kids and he only gets to it every 6 days. So frustrating since we are leaving next week

You tried calling the location and asking if they processed your kids fingerprint waiver?
I'll post back after we do ours Thursday - based on what you posted if they do waiver apply for my daughter will ask them what the turnaround time is for a supervisor to submit and approve

Yeah I called bc the officer who saw my daughter told me that I'd have an approval letter in 24-48 hours. Called over the weekend and spoke to someone else that told me she was approved by her fingerprints couldn't be read after further evaluation. He said they only have one supervisor and he only gets to the paper work every 4-6 days. I'm still waiting on my sons and it will be 3 weeks tomorrow and we leave this weekend. Curious what your location says.

That's great! Called phl Thursday. They said the supervisor is on vacation! Weird thing is I printed out boarding passes today and prior to doing so I put all of our known travel numbers in and we all got tsa precheck, even the kids who haven't been officially approved. Not sure what that means....
