After 3 days of post-secuirty enhancement false starts, I was able to ticket a reservation through .bomb
But I could not apply TVCA credit to this purchase, so used it over the phone on another purchase.
Anyone have success with TVCA on line post-security enhancements?

I have tried for the last 2 days to book a flight.
the united.com website does show me the outbound flights, but when I try
select one I always get an error:
We are unable to process your request. Please see the message below for details.

I tried flights to several destinations, it's always the same..

Still having problems logging in and then it sticking. Log in but can't view my reservations; book a flight and try to log in again, but it won't log in. Seems a bigger issue with Firefox than with IE. Finally I called UA and booked a ticket last night -- just in case the generous R inventory to/from SFO-HKG disappeared overnight, which it does sometimes. I mentioned my experiences and the agent said she'd received countless calls related to website not working.

Status not recognized on UA award ticket?
This has never happened but I purchased a domestic saver award ticket for myself online (UA Prem Plat), all UA metal, and it doesn't seem to recognize my status (eg it wants to charge me to select E+ seats)??

Yes - it's a website glitch - give it a while and then try and change seats - worst case is that you have toncall it in.... Same thing has happened to me....

Anybody else having issues not getting boarding passes emailed?
That engine seems to be broken. I am either not getting them at all, or hours later.

just happened to me on friday and I called in and it was taken care of right away. The agent did say that it is a problem with the website and they are working on it.

It's been a week of on and off "Logged In" functionality. I login to the home page, search for a flight and my logged in status goes away with the search - which means Expert Mode and more. I hope someone at United IT is working on fixing this issue. If there was an easy way to report issues that actually had impact, I'd do it.

Now when I login, the My Trips panel doesn't populate. I booked a trip yesterday via an agent for work and the trip shows up under my reservations but only after going to View Account (due to My Trips being broken). Under View Account the new trip is shown, but doesn't just the date without the usual Flight: data.
How can this situation be getting worse? This poor performance has to be costing them revenue from others who cannot book online.
