venice now has 2 seasons, i presume 3rd / high season will start may 2015
low season is dec / jan from E850

that leaves >
- noi - has not been open a full year yet
- kora / sara / taka - incl meals and tours
- indonesia

Being on places like hotels.com will certainly help with both - but as long as they keep their branding and standards consistent, then it shouldn't make too much of a difference. I'm an Amanjunkie for years and what's wrong with a loyalty program??? I think it's essential for a company to be healthy and it's a way to say thank you to repeated guests.
For Amanoi, it was already great but with Sean it will be so amazing. Can't wait to return.

I wrote new information / (meaning and/or) rumours.

I appreciate the new information or the rumours, just think it is not necessary to post old quotes in relation to this.

It happens a lot that it is done this way and I do not understand it. There can be a long time between the new info and old quote, people might have changed their mind etc.

As an example, I remember that I wrote in a thread some years ago, that I did not need free wifi in hotels since I did not use the internet when I was on holidays. That has definitely changed and if that old quote was mentioned in a new thread stating that free internet was now available in hotel x, that would have been wrong.

i also hear there are "rumors" that doronin may be exploring buying GHM

i would think that if hans jenni is stakeholder he would be open to selling
doronin may only be interested in majority, and not sure re GHM ownership

I would love to hear who the new GM at Amanfayun is/will be since we will go there later this year.
