I've now been in this lounge about ten times and will probably use it at least another ten times or more before my unlimited free entry expires at the end of December. I have nothing but good things to say about it. It's head and shoulders better than any Delta SkyClub or United lounge I have been in. (I'm a domestic flyer, so I can't compare it to the better international lounges.) LAS TSA agents have been consistently willing to grant passage through the security doors between Concourses C-D so that Southwest pax can use the lounge. Also great for USAir, which uses gates D1-D14 and for all Delta flights. Not at all crowded, very quiet, fast WiFi, comfortable, semi-private seating, and restaurant quality food. My favorite has been the braised beef rib on a bed of creamy polenta. Also, they have real grapefruit juice, not a corn-syrupy juice "drink". My AmEx card is a Delta SkyMiles Plat, which is what gave me the unlimited access to this club thru December.

Close to UA Gates, right?
I'm a Cdn Plat holder departing LAS on UA in a couple weeks.
I have access to UA Club and "The Club".
I'm assuming the UA gates are very close to the Cent Club? Unless I hit it big, doubt I will pay $50 when I have access to the other clubs but if anyone has a pass that 's expiring soon, PM me!!

Have any Cdn Plat holders had success with simply phoning Amex and asking politely for a "key"?

On return, go to the D gate security area to get access to the C gates. Pretend to be drunk/stupid. Vegas is used to drunk/stupid, it is how we all make a living - directly or indirectly.

As far as I can tell, by far the best lounge at LAS. Well worth the trip even if only 1hr to burn as E gates are less an 10 min away with the shuttle. At D gates its a no brainer but London flights and many to Canada go from E. Friendly staff and not too crowded when I was there.
Guesting for Cent is +2 or spouse and kids under 18. Cents get a small gift (which is a nice gesture) as well as johnny blue/champagne.

Just wanted to add a quick update since I'm in the lounge right now:
- Even though I'm flying out of the B gates (southwest), TSA told me to just go to the first-class security line in the D-gates and tell them that you are going to the amex lounge and they will check your B-gate boarding pass and send you through security as normal. You do have to exit the D gates and re-enter security at the B gates when done. I suppose pre-check would work here too if you are registered.
- Cent card holder is free and can take two additional guests in, all at no charge.
- Internet is smoking fast - speedtest.com says 90mbit download speed
- They were out of the Centurion gift that they were giving out, which I guess was a small cosmetics-type case? They said they had just run out today and would be having a new gift soon.
- The drinks were made well, fairly top-shelf liquor and after testing two to be sure, strong.

In the interest of giving back to my fellow Amex folks, I have two Centurion Lounge passes, each one usable by any level of amex cardholder, good for the cardholder and any children under 18 (yours or some random ones you find in the terminal).
These are the same passes you pay $50 if you were to drop-in. The Hilton Diamond desk gave them to me thinking I needed them even with a Cent card, since it turns out I didn't need 'em, I'll pass them on to someone that does.
Good only at LAS and expires on 12/31/2013.
Drop me a note if you legitimately would use one of them before the end of the year (else let someone else grab it). I'll drop it in the mail for you, unless you live here in the SF Bay Area, in which case you could pick it up if you need it quickly. Since I have two, ideally I'd like to spread the love and send one to each person, which means you are limited to yourself and the fore-mentioned random children.
Cushy way to spend your last few hours in Las Vegas, maybe on your home thinking about those mistakes you made at the tables (I should not have split those 4's!)
Since I'm paying for postage, Conus only please.
****Update - No more left, gave them away to some lucky FTalkers that were quick with the reply button.
FYI: These both came from the Hilton Diamond check-in at the Tropicana on the strip, the host there opened a cabinet and had a big stack of them, I wish I had asked for more to give out to the askers on here but I get the impression if you wander in there and ask, they would offer them up so you could at least treat yourself on the outbound.

Not to complain or anything but
The current Canadian Platinum guide (as of my last week renewal) says access to American Express Lounges. BTW the annual fee in Canada is $700.00 for the PL

That looks similar to UK Plat, but is only for standard Amex lounges - this unfortunately seems to be a Centurion-only one for free entry. I went to the EZE one and it was free but they had sub-lounges for Plat and Cent where only the relevant cardholders had access.

Let me know how you get on and I might try again by phone!
