Manifest codes
On a flight yesterday, my meal request was taken at the same time as
the SE's ( or so I presumed - I was the 3rd one asked). However, the
in-charge asked me what my status was - on the manifest where it
normally shows the various designations, mine was shown as " DM",
and she had no idea what that meant.
I had never heard that one before - I don't know if it was a misprinted
MM, or a new code for 75K, or....???
My boarding pass said E75K, and MM in remarks, and I would have presumed the manifest would have had the same.

On the P.I.L. (Passenger Information List aka Manifest)
D = Elite 75K
M = Million Miler
Therefore
DM = Elite 75k Million Miler
D = Elite 75K
M = Million Miler
Therefore
DM = Elite 75k Million Miler
