It appears the LX award availability is no longer showing up on the United website.

I'm having issues booking SQ R (Suites) award tickets, all flights are showing as unavailable. Can this be fixed?

R maybe a joke, but SQ in general shouldn't be. SQ made changes to their award policy and are now permitting Business class and First class Saver Awards (using their own KrisFlyer miles) on A380-800 (well, excluding the suites), B777-300 and A340-800 aircraft that had previously been blocked. Effective today, March 8th, they are accepting reservations.
Speculation is that opening up Saver Awards to their own members will also make those awards available to *A partners. Given that these are now the only aircraft types that SQ operate into north america, one surely hopes that UA MileagePlus members can now access them.
Today I did a search on SQ's website and found availability EWR/SIN and JFK/SIN in business class Saver Awards. However searching on UA for the same days did not pull them up.

Good luck getting to the bottom as to why LX has dissapeared from the website.

An overall note with the award engine - if there is no availability in any cabin for a flight, it won't show that flight to even let you know that the space is not available!
One thing I do not understand though is that now there appears to be Standard awards (formerly called "EasyPass" with CO) for *A flights (look at Monday's LX flights for example). This I don't understand, it books into the same fare class as the Saver level. The cynic in me thinks that it's UA trying to trick someone into (for some reason) buying at the higher level.

It's still there, just may not be available in your desired class of service - look at Monday 3/12, there is award space on both LX JFK-ZRH flights.

The SQ routes from MEL and SYD to SIN have been open to C awards for *A partner programs for quite a while. It's the long-haul from SFO, LAX and EWR to HKG and SIN that haven't been available for C awards for *A members outside of KF.

If someone can find availability on Aeroplan but not UA.com, then we know there's an issue, although scope and severity of the issue would require a lot more than just one or two differences.

Pretty sure I saw J availability on the SQ 380 from LAX-NRT earlier today. Not sure if that has also been a "problem" route.

This is not a serious question right?
