We can file this one under "creative math".
This was an award ticket search. Biz class ATL - LHR on May 10-13 for my boss. Even at the highest level it should only be 325k...
If you need any more proof the website is not fixed here you go:

WOW...just wow.

Guess I should have noted that he was already booked. He is Plat so I was looking for lower than his current 150k cost.
Just posting here to:
1. See if anyone else ran into this
2. for the comic factor.

Whenever these threads are posted, it inevitably ends up with "I found it for cheaper, blah blah blah..."
That does not excuse the fact it is broken and needs to be fixed. It doesn't matter if someone else found the exact same thing for cheaper. It still showed the customer bogus information and NEEDS to be fixed.
But on another note, when I actually go through to booking it, it shows 370,000.

Exactly. It is the impression we all get from the number that matters. Interesting that it priced out at 370k. I was booking award trip for work (using boss man's miles of course) and it showed 32.5k (Domestic Y) but when I booked it suddenly dropped to 25k.
Definitely some major problems here that need to be fixed if Delta is going to claim to have the "best" reward program.

OP had the same availability that everyone else is seeing (which includes 9 options each way at 200k levels). He just chose to screenshot the bottom three lines of the results.
Moreover, if you actually select the flights that are shown at 720k, they drop to 370k at the itinerary review.
Yes, the award search needs work.

for the drama.

Even at 720,000, it's a screaming bargain compared to the 1,000,000 (not a misprint) ticket I got quoted yesterday for a GSP-HKG trip. I got a message informing me that I didn't have enough miles in my account, but DL would hold the ticket for me until I purchased or somehow obtained the additional miles needed. I resisted the temptation to tell them where they could hold the ticket and simply booked on another airline.
