To the OP: I checked HOU-GEG for 7/19 - 7/26 and there are definitely flights available in both directions. There's something up either with your account or on your end.

I've observed some wild swings in availability for RR 1.0 rewards from one day to the next. It could be revenue management or it could be system hiccups.

I experienced this same issue today.

Award date availability broken?

Trying to figure out how to book some reward travel with the old awards. On the date finder it is showing availability on many dates but then when I click on it, no flights have an option to check them. All are showing as Unavailable.

Whats up with this?

I am having the same problem. I spoke with a CSR and she told me there is limited availability for flights using RR1.0 rewards. I asked her if the blackout dates had changed and she said no. She told me that all the reward flights were already booked for that date. I tried to book on the release date for a flight in October so I find that suspect that all the flights could already be gone. It appears that they have limited the flights you can book with an old reward.

It happened to me too when trying to book more than one ticket, and there was just one left. You can still book one ticket...

That's nothing new. They've always been limited.

Yes. And now they are *more* limited.

They are considerably more limited. In looking at MDW-LIT for this week and next week, almost nothing available for at least a week out. This is spring break, so heavier travel, but availability still seems MUCH worse than this time last year. Another 'devaluation' of those RR1.0 awards??? Makes you wonder whether it is worth renewing those that are still out there getting ready to expire.

Date unavailable for Freedom (Standard) Award Booking

My understanding is that the old "Freedom Awards" had certain blackout dates, likely including the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. However, "Standard Awards" have never carried specific blackout dates, just limited availability on a given flight. I also thought that Freedom Awards were no more; regardless, I have never and do not currently have any Freedom Awards. Now it appears that WN has now applied Freedom Award blackout dates to Standard Awards.

Has anyone else run into this issue? I'm hoping that this is just another website glitch that will be fixed at some point, and that Standard Awards are not really subject to blackout dates.
I'm not sure if it's been officially mentioned: this glitch has been fixed. Standard Awards are showing on Freedom Award blackout dates.

How to Use Old Credit to Book 2 One Ways?

I can't do this with single old credit, as the box for number of passengers is grayed out and set on one. How can I do this?

Do two separate bookings, each for one passenger.
