Any recent menus/experience on UA945, the morning FRA-ORD flight with breakfast and lunch?

Just flew C on 863 (1/19) and 840 (1/31). Actual menu has been redone since my C flight in 2010. However, same selections. Same grilled chicken, lobster ravioli or steak (AU on 840) as mains. Salad still not appetizing, nor was the salmon starter. Typical cheese/fruit option. Desert never got it, but a friendly FA did provide a bowl of whipped cream.
Seems the flights to/from NRT have far better selection.

CO Meals Better than UA
Although I am a UA loyal flyer, I am also an objective flyer. I am not going to withold my criticism of UA if I am not happy, and praise UA without going overboard.
With that said, I must admit I have been quite disappointed with the UA international F and C meals for at least the past 6 months. Recently I got a taste of CO meals in its PEK-EWR BusinessFirst cabin. I will let you be the judge based on seen the photos below. This is a meal thread, so let's not bringing the "I couldn't careless about meals" statement to defend UA....or CO.

Main Meal

Mid-Flight Meal
Chicken Sandwich and Huge piece of cake not shown here because I was too full from the first meal and noodle soup below.

Pre-Arrival Meal

I have stated that CO has better International service and food then any other Domestic airline.

I guess whether I am a loyal UA flight going forward does not really matter anymore, now CO and UA are in one big happy family. Hope the quality of CO's meals can be brought to UA.
When I started flying UA 19 years ago, UA's F and C meal services were truly great! Caviar, rack of lamb, seven-course F meals were absolultey great!^
The past decade ( since the crash of the dotcom, 9/11 and Ch11) has not been good when it comes to meal services in all three cabins.

Are the midflight sandwiches (that can be heated) the ones on the cart by the boarding door? or are these something stowed in the galley. The sandwiches listed in the menu on my TPAC flights looked nothing like the cheap sandwich bread and ham/turkey ones that were wrapped in cellophane on the cart. I did get hot water for the noodle cups though, which were on the cart.

Trader Vick's Pan-Seared Salmon^
Vegetable rice noodle stire-fry and baby bok choy

(Short Ribs and Thai Green Curry Chicken were two other entree choices, which have been there for the past 3 months. Salmon was new...replacing Dory/Seabass)

Had an absolutely awful Lasagna for the main course in F on 837 between SFO and NRT. I couldn't eat it.

?
. If it wasn't for the seat, NH is a much better choice.
