noticed recently - seems like the FS thailand packages bypass the usual 2 nt min at golden triangle

I have never come across this, but would love to know if someone else has.

The FSPP amenities are typically tied to FSPP rates. (There are some exceptions, such as those properties that offer some perks on wholesaler rates.)

When I pull up availability for a Four Seasons in Sabre, I see a list of options such as:

Rack Rate - $500
Preferred Partner Rack Rate - $500
Third Night Free - $500
Preferred Partner Third Night Free - $500
Room and Breakfast - $550
Virtuoso - $500
Package A - $750

If I book a Preferred Partner rate, then the amenities are included. If I book a different rate, then I assume that they are not.

I first ran across this scenario with the FS Las Vegas. They had a package that included, among other things, concert tickets and breakfast. I was told that the rate was the same for anyone/everyone, and that the FSPP could not be added/combined with the package.

Just booked Four Seasons Hampshire on '3 for 2' for the May holiday weekend. Wierdly they don't offer it Fri-Mon but it is there Sat-Tue. I doubled up with the Preferred Partner amenities via Virtuoso (free breakfast, one free lunch) which makes the whole thing a great deal.

Woaw, GBP150 per night...talk about a deal! Good find ^
