Special reservations phone number for FTL/SEN?

Special reservations phone number for FTL/SEN?
Hey guys,

Rather simple question, but I can't seem to find an answer on either LX's or M&M's website.

Is there a special phone number to make reservations for FTL or SEN at SWISS/LH?

I ask because I need to purchase (not an award ticket) a complicated itinerary that unfortunately is not bookable online. On the LX website there is only one phone number given (for everyone) and on M&M it seems to be a special phone number, but only for award bookings.

Hi Patrick,

the SEN-line in Switzerland (LX) is 0848 85 6000. Not secret at all...

is this one number for all bookings (ie award or regular purchased tix)?

Yes, call during Swiss office hours and the number is one-stop shopping for all types of tix.

same query for SEN number for UK (persume there is no number in Ireland??); when i checked the miles and more website (when logged in) the number that was there was the main uk lufthansa number. Just became sen and want to book flights for 2 of us for next spring
