I believe there is something in LAX for arrivals and departure, paid for and not cheap!

Also BGI has a paid arrival service (sorry, cant edit the wiki) which was reasonable.

Arrivals only.

We did it because lots of flights appeared to be arriving when we were, and very pleased we did so! There was a Fast Track Security on the return, so not necessary.
