Bit of a misleading post as BA85 is not YVR to LHR, its LHR to YVR and the menu also lists other North America flight numbers from Heathrow.

Just curious, does anyone know why BA2167 from Gatwick to Tampa is on time, but the return BA2166 is cancelled?

We've just booked a trip to Mauritius with BA Holidays, flying direct from Gatwick in World Traveller+. We've booked seats 19AB both ways, but on Aerolopa these seats do not exist on an ex Gatwick...

According to trainline.eu the fare is just under 81 euros one way and direct trains seem to be at 18 minutes past the hour, taking exactly 3 hours airport to airport.

Reading this reminds me that both BA and British Rail had desks in Unilever House in London. Think there were three or four BA staff and one from the railway. Guess it must have been worth it for all...
