Current SAS IT-problems, ongoing issues
 
Currently these are some features that doesn´t work as expected:

-Bookings disappears from your profile. Currently only the last booking made on the SAS webpage when logged in are displayed. The "lost" reservations are still OK in ResAid.

-Nightly SMS. SAS are not supposed to send out SMS regarding gate changes etc during the night hours. Currently doesn´t function properly. The system is supposed to block any such SMS 80 minutes+ prior to flight.

-You can not change seat assignments in the oingoing reservation workflow. But have to finsih the booking and then return to it to be able to change ASR. Is a problem if the booking has diappeared from your profile.

-The new SMS/e-mail notification service in the reservation workflow doesn´t function and it overrides the selection in your profile, resulting in no SMS at all being sent. Work around is to choose the new feature, tell it not to send anything, but have SMS notification turned on in your profile. Then it works.

in addition:
- EB retro claim is not working:

"Retro Registration is down due to maintenance. We expect the service to be available again xx of October."
where xx is today +/- 1, at least for the last couple of days already

- trying to change(!) the email address in profile results in

"You cannot remove your e-mail adress as it is used for your Check-in Notification Subcription"
