The reason why they are still offering it for free is that they cannot agree amongst them between the concepts... Sweden wanted the free breakfast there, Norway want to charge 20NOK for a coffee (Sweden 10SEK) and Denmark are somewhere inbetween them... Agreeing on this between three countries (and companies) is a difficult task! ;)
It is easier charging different prices on routes originating in the respective countries to a destination outside all of them, but between them is rather tricky when they want different things! All to the benefit for us who can keep the free coffee and water a little bit longer! :)

I agree with the rest of you though! Keep free coffee and water (and also juice in my opinion) and charge for the rest. Bring this concept to rest of intra-Europe as well, if you insist on keeping the BOB concept...
