I started this, but it tried to force me to download
the amazon download tool, so bailed out....
but then went back and found the path to just
use the browser for download, all is well.

Can't remember exactly, and now that I declined the loader
it doesn't try to make me use it.
Just look around, you will find a link something like
"download with browser", i.e. not amazon product.
