The only thing listed on www.rewardsdb.com is rebates for UK sites. There is a thread here about a 10% donation to Amnesty Intl, but as I mentioned in the earlier thread, I usually go to the rewardsdb.com site to link there to thank Andrew Cram for all the work he has done on that site for all the other miles earning info.
Between he, PGary, and FT we have earned many, many miles! JudyJFLA |

Old thread, but new info in case anyone still has a subscription to it:
US Airways and Hawaiian both have Amazon in their malls now. 1 mile per dollar at US and 2 miles per dollar at Hawaiian. Hawaiian has a bunch of ways to transfer miles. |
I haven't seen an announcement anywhere, but as of today the Dividend Miles shopping mall is only showing 0.5 miles per US dollar spent at Amazon.

Some have posted on the other HA thread that it was 1/$1 on HA and .5/$1 on US as of Oct. 3rd or so... :td:

As of tonight, I don't see Amazon on the Dividend Miles shopping tab at all.

No, US has switched to a new mall vendor that doesn't offer Amazon. :(

Otherwise the other next best way is to use a Amazon rewards card. If you have an Amazon rewards card they are doing a promo right now: Use Your Amazon Rewards Card to Get 10% Off All Digital Download Purchases until Dec. 31. |

Yep, great way to get all your affiliate credit voided.
A friend was doing as you suggest and even though multiple people were using his link, Amazon shut down his account and voided all referral credit. |
I hope they honor the last week purchases.

Hawaiian still gives 1 mile per $1
You can also get Amazon Gift Cards at some grocery stores and get the mileage or hotel point bonus (5 per $1 on Hilton Amex) for Grocery Stores and then the Mile on Hawaiian. They do partner with Delta and Virgin, so there is hope! Here in FL Publix does not have them, but Sweetbay does. JudyJFLA |

I don't know about affiliate or associates, but I have only purchased on Hawaiian for Amazon with Gift Cards and have received over 4000 miles in 3 months, including 2000 miles for buying gift cards after whining alot. That was awarded for some reason from Amazon uk. Go figure!
