This one worked for me too. I love you guys! I mean, in a "thanks for helping me out sort of way". ;)

I'm going to the World of Coke museum that recently reopened in Atlanta in a few weeks. Anyone know if this is a good place to hunt for codes?

Thanks

Thanks to those who posted the 10008**** codes. I picked up a bunch of extra points. I found this thread (as with most on this site) enlightening and amusing. I have just over 900 pts, but have earned them the hard way (except for the bonuses I entered yesterday). Buy, drink, enter...Repeat

Anyhow, I'm not ready to start dumpster diving (or even diving into my neighbors garbage (recycle bins here in Phx are mixed with paper/plastic/etc. in one bin)

However the e-bay idea was a good one, and I'm sure other sources may work also (Craigslist, etc.)

As a US elite who doesn't fly DL, and can't stand Holiday Inn, I am frustrated with the loss of the Hilton benefit, however some of the higher level rewards/sweeps are of interest to me.

I typically drink Diet Coke (or Zero) at home anyhow, but I have found myself grabbing bottles at Subway rather than the fountains.

Hunt in what way? If you mean do they give out codes at the museum.. no..

They do give you a ice cold glass bottle of coke at the exit though.

That's not nice. I think I read about a mini-bottle too which don't help. I was rather hoping for one of the "big" promo codes since it's pretty expensive to go.

All of these codes have been posted on numerous occasions in the thread -- in fact, as recently as yesterday (less than 20 posts ago).

Avis coupon on MyCoke

Has anyone used the Avis one day free rental coupon that is on the Travel catagory? I am wondering if it can be used on one way rentals? We are going from LAX to LAS in Sept. and I can not find a good rate! Does Avis charge a drop rate? Any help appreciated!

Best to call them at 1-800-984-1849 since there are limits to participating locations, blackout days, fees and surcharges. At 1393 points per day for a mid-size or smaller, this is an expensive way to go. Although I haven't cashed in the AVIS award, from my experience renting AVIS almost every week, their one day drop-offs are much more expensive than other agencies, including Hertz, so even if you got a day or two free, the daily charge for the one-way on the other days would probably eat up any savings. One trick to save if you will be in LAX a few days before going to LAS is to get a roundtrip rental at LAX until you are ready to leave to LAS and then exchange cars for a new contract to minimize the number of days on the one-way. PL is not offering any substantial savings these days over Orbitz or the car rental websites, but it is also worth a check. Check the FT forum on rental cars for more info.

Good luck,

I have never seen a rental car free day (Hertz, Avis, National, etc) valid for a one-way rental. Flights are very cheap to Vegas - usually you need 3+ people to make a rental car more cost effective.

I just saw this code on the inside of a 12-pack of diet coke I purchased. I don't do My Coke Rewards, so one of you can take it for free.

I'm guessing its a one-time code, so whoever redeems it, please post so that others don't complain that it isn't valid anymore.

My accounts (I use several) are showing a "your account is locked" message when I try to log in. I did not forget my password and this message has shown for several days now. The "Hank" section says try again the next day, but this hasnt helped. Any ideas? Anyone else experience this?
