when do they show up in your hilton account? It's been a week, and I haven't seen anything yet.

Dammit, I haven't touched my account since April and just logged in to find that I lost 175 points due to "inactivity".

With a pile of codes sitting on the computer I've been too lazy to input.

Should I have known about this? Is there a one time "we'll give them back to you" policy?

The My Coke Rewards Support Site says "To Call 1-866-674-2653 and Press "0" to speak with an Agent - Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 7:00PM EST."

You can explain what happened and ask to have your Points returned.

It's been taking between 2 and 3 three weeks for me.

Points that I ordered beginning of last week just showed up in my account today, so just under 2 weeks here.

They say 4-6 weeks, but it seems to be less than that. Be patient though. It's not an instant deposit. I'm guessing they probably send them in batches.

And they may have well done that, but I use a (nearly) dead e-mail account for this promotion that I check maybe 4 times/year.

Gonna call them shortly.

Ohmygoodness the woman who helped me was so nice. Says she is reinstating the points "just this once".

I checked that old hotmail account and there were no warning e-mails in there, but it may have gone to Spam, and hotmail deletes spam pretty quickly.

Will know better next time, thanks for everyone's help!

It hasn't taken that long for me to get them. I have ordered a couple and usually have them within two weeks. I seem to get them them 1 or 2 days after I receive the confirmation email that they have shipped.
