I've had trouble getting points through MyPoints and from airlines for Ebay purchases, I now just use Big Crumbs (Official FT Conga here) which pays back 36% of the Ebay fees and they are reliable payers in my experience.

I just searched for the mypoints ebay link for 2 points per dollar. Found it, but not by searching-- it is still in the list of all the shops where you can earn rewards.
