Haven't tried them personally yet, but they have been posted on the internet. Coupon codes are for eBay items paid via PayPal.

10% off: Redemption code: C1-Holiday2005
$5 off $50.00 or above item: Redemption code: C2-Holiday2005
$15 off $100.00 or above: Redemption code: C3-Holiday2005

The 10% off coupon is only good up to $25. Worked for me, but my understanding is they won't work for everyone. To try it out, try going through the process of purchasing a Buy-it-Now item. It'll take you to Paypal, you can try the coupon out to see whether it works, but you're not committed to buying the item until you actually send the payment.

10% works for me. The last celebrate ones didn't. Now to figure out what I need.

I guess I need to hang out here a bit more. I didn't even know these coupons existed. Thanks.

Just saved $20 on a $200 purchase using the 10% coupon - thanks very much !!

Also works, even if you're using up Paypal points. Only 10% on purchase price, not on shipping though, so if you find an auction that includes shipping you're a bit better off.

I wanted to use the coupons but when I was paying for ebay items via paypal.com, no where in the payment screens did it allow me to enter a coupon/promo code :( What am I doing wrong?

Anyone know if we can use these on ebay uk?

When you go to the "pay now" options on e-bay, there will be a box where you can click "I will use an e-bay or paypal coupon."

After you log onto PayPal, when you get to the "confirm order" page, there will be a box in the lower right hand corner where you can enter coupon/discount codes. Type in the appropriate code and then click "redeem." The new total should appear.
