I have a question. How long does it take for the site to update the "Joined, but offer not completed" to "Offer completed"? Is it different for all offers, or does "Joined, but offer not completed" definitely indicate that the person has decided not to complete an offer? I signed up with http://www.ipoded.tk and already have a few "Joined, but offer not completed" in my "referral status". :p
