Anyone else having problems using erewards BB coupons?
While the the merits have been debated quite a bit on other threads, for better or worse I usually redeem erewards for Blockbuster free rental certificates.
I dislike the local BB store because it takes them forever to check you out.(15 people in line,2 people @ the register and 4 people greeting you and trying to sell you on their Rewards card) However free is free so I figure I will continue to rent there as long as I have free movie rental coupons. Yesterday the girl tells me they are no longer accepting these free rental coupons. She didn't specify e-rewards specifically but said she'd give it to me this one last time. I asked if it was just this store or all BB stores and of course she said I could try another one. I am going to try one closer to my office but I was wondering if anyone has any additional information or has had this experience. If the acceptance of these certs is being phased out, this becomes a fairly useless reward. I'll just redeem for the HH points instead.

I finally have $25 in E-rewards, and was planning on getting these. VolleyballFerd, are you saying all of the coupons have a December expiration date on them? According to the website, they are supposed to be valid for 6 months.

For example you redeem today and the exp dates will read
#1 use between 11-4-03 and 12-3-03
#2 use between 12-4-03 and 01-3-04
etc.
They are also no longer good for game rentals.
I have 4 more of these things and I am determined to use them all.
