Got a number for AOL AAadvantage?

It has been over five weeks now and no miles posted. No phone number on any web pages for Customer service.

I have tried several other numbers to get referals, but all to no avail.

They said to allow 6 weeks before requesting mileage on this offer.

Aol Advantage does not handle this. It is AA customer service and they were very nice when I called them.

Does anyone have a phone number for greenpoints.com? My order for DL certs is now in its fifth week, and my first inquiry about the delay went unanswered. I did request 4 certs, and I recall reading on this board that a request for more than 2-3 certs can be delayed. Does anyone know if they are currently back-ordered? Thanks for your help.

Well, after a long and thorough search, I found an answer to my own question, so I'll post it in this thread:

Greenpoints posts their number on their website - I called today and got through to a customer service agent in under 5 minutes.
