Greenpoints Customer-no-service!
Anyone else having trouble with Greenpoints customer service? My husband & I are still both missing orders for AA certs. from 8/15 - 13 total. I've both called & e-mailed twice each, and get the same response - " I've forwarded your concern to the mail order dept. and they'll look in to it"
Until they either send us our certificates or put the 32,500 points back into our accounts, I won't be shopping with them. |
My dealings with Greenpoints have been SUPERIOR! Quick responses and resolution.
Plus they have an 800 number for you to call (800-435-5674), unlike competitors such as milesmall.com or dash.com. |

I have to say I've had nothing but good service from Greenpoints. I'm a little surprised, actually. When I didn't get credit for the half.com bonus offer, I forwarded the shipping confirmation email from my half.com purchase. Within half an hour I had an email confirming that my greenpoints had been awarded. I checked my account and sure enough, they were there! |
I agree with the first two replies. Greenpoints is excellent, especially for service.
There was a prior thread complaining about Greenpoints, but the situation was unusual - an order for about 49 certificates at once. For normal requests, e-mail replies come back within hours and I can always get a rep on the phone within a minute or two. |
