Is it still a requirement of greenpoints that a purchase must be made in order to transfer points......

I've made 2 purchases through the GP site and have not received points. Purchases were made the end of June. GP tells me I must send GP the original purchase confirmation. Is anyone else having this same problem?

I have made many purchases through greenpoints (probably 20+) and they have always been very good at posting until now Purchases on 7/10, 7/18, 7/17, 7/24, 7/28 have not posted automatically, I'm wondering whats going on. To greenpoints credit I called got an oprerator almost right away, and she was very professional, and told me to wait until 3 weeks had passed and to forward my e-mail purchase confirmation. I did this and I recieved an e-mail back in 2 1/2 hours saying the miles had been credited. It was no problem, but I wish I didn't have to watch them quite so closely.

Did you get am e-mail purchase confirmation from GP or the vendor ? I ordered a system from Dell on 8/3 and it was delivered today. No email from GP. I did access Dell thru GP. To protect myself I added "Greenpoints" on the second address line when I ordered. This way my invoice clearly shows I am entitled to points.
