I funded my card and haven't got a referral fee yet. I will emailed net spend and they are not very helpful.

check that. I got one referral fee. I don't know which one, if it was the sign up one or the referral one. I guess I will see if another one posts.

You only get one referral. But you should also get a sign-up bonus.

So you get a sign-up bonus when you use someone in the Conga, and that person whose link you used gets a referral. You get added to the Conga. Then when your turn in the Conga is up, you get the referral, and the next person gets the bonus.

Finally got my card in the mail and am trying to fund it. Having problems w/ my crappy little community credit unions site, cosidering half of the features of it dont work at night. Gaspony, your referrral is coming. Probably even gonna do instant tranfser as I dont have any funds in paypal right now and my cc's site doesn't have the capabilities of doing the standard bank transfer. Hopefully it'll credit by today or tomorrow.

How long does it take to get the $20 if I am the one who signed up on someone's link? I funded on the 20th, but have not seen anything yet...

$79 in Serve, now moving back to CU checking account. Overall $39 profit for adding $40 into account, though it did took a while from start to finish, almost 3 weeks. I'm sure others could do faster depending on how fast the mail arrives for the debit card and choosing a faster route like PayPal to fund your initial $40.

When I went through the Conga, I mostly followed the steps LumixFan had posted.

Here is my update from earlier in the thread on my timeline of the process -

Does the $40 have to be done via ACH transfer? I funded via REloadits...

Just noticed this in the T&C

No rewards credited to either party if referred individual had a NetSpend card that was used for a value load, purchase, cash withdrawal or incurred a balance inquiry fee, at any time during the 180 calendar days before the day the $40 load requirement is fully met.

No I don't think so. It wasn't necessary to use ACH when I signed up. But it was one of the least costly fee wise so I went with that.
