Middle name on booking, reassurance or advice requested

I am a little nervous about a booking I made earlier tonight and could use some reassurance or at least advice. I've flown like 200 flights but never on Ryanair, and whenever I book, I always use my full First Middle Last Name, because that is how my passport and my driver's license reads. So when I made the Ryanair booking, even though the form asked for "Title First Last", I booked "Mr. Gig One Ohthree" and similarly for my wife, so that the ticketed names matched our passports.

Then I went into my newly created profile, to load my passport information in advance. What I found is that under 'myRyanair" I can only enter "Gig Ohthree" as my first and last name even though the booking page had no complaint with the space. As a result, the travel documents section only has my First & Last ("Gig Ohthree"). Ryanair say they "don't care" about middle names, but what if it's present as opposed to omitted? Will I be okay or do I need to change my booking (at a Eur113 surcharge on a $153 ticket) to remove my middle name?

It’s not clear from your post. Is your correct first name and surname showing on the reservation?

It is the correct first name, middle name, and surname on the reservation, spelled correctly and matching my passport. But in the myRyanair it only lets me put First & Surname in the "Travel Documents" page.

That is fine. As long as first and surname matches there will be no issue.

Can I take it that on FR it is usual to drop the middle name(s) when making bookings, and any online account with FR should just be the same? So no need to match what ones passport actually states?

Might ned a covering flight on FR as contingency around the possible EI strike

I never use my middle name in FR tickets. Only first and last name. I have had no issues when showing my passport (and I have travelled with FR a lot)
