Help!!!!!!!!
Can anyone tell me HOW CAN I REACH A PERSON AT AEROFLOT USA OFFICE!!!
I purchase the ticket in United States on Oct 21st and after I submitted my payment a information bar showed me that I can cancel my ticket within 24 hours with 100% refund if I purchase the ticket in U.S.. Because of a time mistake on my schedule, I cancelled my original ticket WITHIN 24 hours and made a new reservation. When I cancelled my ticket, everything went well, the customer service told me that I will recive a 100% refund in 30 days. But what I got on Nov 6th is only the tax back. Where the rest of my money?! I call the customer several times, every time I got a different answer!!! First, a lady told me that there maybe some mistake in processing my refund and I should get my 100% refund by sending a claim email to the customer service. I did, but the customer service simply just reply that I need to cancel my ticket within 24 hours in U.S.. So I called again, one man told me that I have to call the NYC office to claim the rest of my money back. But I can never reach NYC office via the number given on the aeroflot website. Then I called the third time, another man told me I should visit NYC office in person!!! I live in Ohio. I won't travel 500+ miles away to cancel my ticket. I called the number in LA, in D.C., too, but it never came to one man answer my phone call. Please, tell me what to do to get my entire $1300 back?
