e-mail contact for Uber?
I sure can't find a way to contact them other than their frequently asked questions.
I want to block a driver - the other night I had to take a taxi because he was next in the cue and every time I cancelled him he would be next up. He was ride shopping and cancelled me as a no-show even though I was at the designated airport location. We then had some very strong words so I don't want to see him again. I got charged $5...... I want to block him from coming up again for my rides. |
Complain about the no show fee and include the block request in that. You will see the $5 credit as well.
Also try Twitter as that is monitored pretty much 24/7. |

The Twitter team will reach out to gather your info, then your complaint will simply be dumped off at the first available person to send you a form letter. Their Twitter team exists to make it look like they're helping.
