I mentioned this in another discussion. It happens to me to on my CO Idine account (it only show 5miles). It was OK on my NWA idine account, but now it shows 5 miles + 0 bonus miles...

Just yesterday, it was showing 5 plus 5 on all my restaurants, now it is showing 5 plus 0 on all in my Delta idine account. i wonder if this is a website glitch or is the actual amount we will be getting. I will email them.

I sign in with a fresh logon, they all say "5 + 0 miles" this afternoon - but when I looked yesterday, they said "5 + 5 miles," even the mrestaurant that said "5 + 5" I booked for tomorrow. What the ?!%&&*!! :mad:

The answer? I am going to have to call.

OK, here's the deal... it's still 5 + 5 miles for Elite members.
 

Just spoke with Steve at AAdvantage Dining Program by Rewards Network (lesson #1 in biz school, guys, keep it simple! iDine was easier...) and he put me on hold to check it out... but says that indeed, as stated on the website, Elite members earn ten miles per dollar spent through June 30, 2006 (unless more are indicated...) The statement was "there is probably a website glitch, since we just went through so many changes..."

Nice guy, good customer contact skills - wish all CSRs for places I contact (or work with teaching CS skills) had more Steves. ^

AAdvantage Dining elite status* - Earn 10 miles per dollar spent. (ADRW web page.)

In fact, this is not the first time for this website glitch. After seeing 5 + 5 at various programs (but nothing at all except a checkmark at AAdvantage Dining, due to redraw problems at least with non-IE browsers) Fri 1 Jul and Sat 2 Jul, on Sun 3 Jul I lound all (including AAdvantage Dining) were showing 5 + 0. I called and asked if this was just a website glitch and was told yes. I dined that day and have since gotten 5 + 5 miles for it, and the website went back (at least for a few days :) ) to showing 5 + 5 (on all the sites) a day or two later.

Since no one here mentioned it then, it could be that it's an intermittent problem which different people see on different days?

Btw, I just checked my "rewards" section of AAdvantage Dining last night, and iwhile 10 mile dines came through as one line earning 10 miles through 30 Jun, my two dines that already came through since 1 Jul show as 5 miles and then next to them (in one case right above, in the other case right below) there's a "dining bonus" entry which gives the other 5 miles. So be prepared for some "littered" earning statements. :)

I just checked my UA dine (I'm not sure what it's called now - it keeps changing!) website. All that I looked at DID have the bonus (5+5) miles offered. So hopefully it is only an intermittent glitch!
