Super confused about the programs
 

I got a notification from my Radisson hotels account that my points were expiring in 7 days so I went and purchased 1000 points to keep it active. It still hasn't updated the expiration even 4 days later. So I tried to call in to Radisson Americas and they say they have no record of an account with me even though I can login to radissonhotels.com and see my points.

i'm obviously not paid attention much to the latest with Radisson. There are 2 programs now or something?

Yes, Radisson Americas separated a while ago and will soon merge with Choice Hotels.

That because radissonhotels.com is not the site for Radisson Hotel Americas. Radisson Hotel Americas site is radissonhotelsamericas.com. So if you see your points at radissonhotels.com, they're in the international Radisson program, not in the Radisson Americas program.
