rIDicUlous security requirements
Been locked out now 3X on 3 separate occasions. It seems whenever I call CC for help with something, and they look at the account - 4 hours later you get locked out. 
I'm done with Club Carlson after this
Their properties here in USA pretty much suck anyway, except for the one in Chicago. Plus the extra night bonus went away. I'm done. They will no longer have to worry about me breaking into my account. I'm free...
I'm also going to cancel the credit card. To heii with them.
