Also, it has been 11 days since my last stay at a CC property and the points (base or bonus) have yet to post, is this normal? It was a BRG adjusted rate and I have just submitted a missing points claim.

Thanks
No hotel would ever consider a day rate as a qualifying stay. So what you consider doing won't cut it either.

yes, the points+cash rates normally gives points on the cash-part and should be eligible for the bonus.

Yes you are correct, Club Carlson and the hotel itself have said that there Day Use rate is property specific and not eligible for any points at all, not even the base (it was my thinking that as long as base points would be earned for a stay, this would trigger the BNG bonus points)

I think I need help. I almost rerouted a coast-to-coast simple redeye trans-Canadian flight to go through MSP to run out of the airport, check into the hotel, hop back on the redeye and keep on flying. I fortunately caught myself at the part where that meant adding 4 flight segments (since MSP is not served by *A)... sigh.

The Park Plaza registration page may have crashed. Several tries would not allow one to pass Step 1, as 8dimsum reported.

We're sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please come back later and try again.
Also, googling Carlson Park Plaza results in links to several of the big blogs that are reporting it.

Different chain. Has anybody any experience of receiving base, or even BNG bonus points on a Day Use Only rate?

Also, how long is it taking for points (both base and bonus) to post? I have been waiting almost 2 weeks from my last stay ??

Thanks^
