Mobistar bonus miles - does it work

I signed up for the Mobistar offer ( http://www.mobistar.be/www/en/intern..._for_miles.jsp ) some time early August and made phone calls with Mobistar late August. Still no miles... Does anyone have any experience with this programme?

Same problem here. Maybe i will call them to ask how long this will take...

I signed up I think last year and really forgot on that since I haven't been to Belgium for long time... Then after my visit in Brussels, I noticed the miles posted on my account after ca. 1 month (including 100 miles bonus)

(Edited to add: ) The "Birthday bonus haven't appeared on my account yet (b'day in September)

Bad luck. Just missed it for one month since i was in Belgium last September.
Anyway, I've just signed up.
I hope we can get those miles.

If I remember well, about some (3 or 4) weeks.

Have you tried to contact them by email attaching your scanned gsm invoice?

Has anyone ever received any of these miles from using Mobistar in Belgium? Three months after visiting Brussels and making calls on Mobistar network and still no points posted to my Qualiflyer account.

Four months now for me and no miles. I've sent off an email from their web site. I'll post when/if I hear anything back.
