I flew yesterday between Zurich and London on an MD-11 (Biz class ticket with seating in First).

I would recommend any window seat - even row 3. All of row 1 is a little close to the front WCs, and there is a tv screen mounted on the bulkheads (middle and aisle) in front of you.

If you are travelling with someone, then the middle two seats appear better. As the rows are ever so slightly staggered, if you sit on the window you will have difficulty seeing and/or talking to a person sitting in the middle - it requires a fair bit of effort in leaning forward.
