AP WIRE - BREAKING NEWS:

AirOli rumored to be mulling hostile takeover of TAROM.

TAROM, the immensely popular Romanian airline which flies only at night, had no comment regarding the takeover rumors. Or on anything else.

...great enhancements on the site! And agreeing that the blue skies offer of matching QG status and points is quite good, KLM's current offer of matching elite status and points of any FT program without having to cancel that one is even better. Maybe Hr. Airoli could discuss that with his alliance partners?

And what about the star alliance rumors? I'm still hoping to have an option apart from OS to experience outstanding service to australia with upgrading possibilities using my M&M-miles.

KLM wants you to fly a certain number of segments before you get the miles, BlueSkies doesn't. But of course we are closely watching competitors...

TAROM is NOT THAT BAD! I flew TAROM 3 years ago from New York to Bucharest on an Airbus and it was fine.
