Trouble with Two Factor Authentication
 
Since the app was updated several days ago, I have not been able to log in. When the two factor authorization screen comes up, it sends a code but the screen freezes and won’t let me type it in. I deleted the app and reloaded with the same result. Anyone else having this issue?

I am having similar problems & has not resolved. Bit frustrating as I have a upcoming trip

iOS App Freezing
 
Same problem for me, when the 2FA message arrives the screen freezes with no keyboard shown.

Reinstalling the app doesn’t work.

Last week for a few days I was getting a CAPTCHA in addition to the OTP gate. You know, you're shown 12 pictures and you have to click on the ones with motorcycles and similar. Sometimes I got this once, sometimes it cycled again and I got it twice. Haven't seen this since, though.

Same here. Very very annoying when trying to get an Avios flight just released

And now locked out for 24 hours as I have exceeded my OTP requests!

Interesting. I had too many requests one day last week, and was locked out "until tomorrow", not for 24 hours. It was only about five hours until "tomorrow", then I was able to get back in.

Page still was not loading to allow OTP to be put in. In addition this morning (25/2) the app just says ‘something went wrong try again’, which I have done many times with no solution. Anyone else got this problem?

Update: Dowloaded the most recent app update today (2/26) which fixed the problem for me. Hope it helps others with the same issue.

The last update they released on iOS broke OTP entry completely; they've now issued a patch for it.
